October 2003 until 2004

After one month of driving on the LEFT side of the street and english weather I gained some experience about further modifications :

A HT is noisy!

Some sound proofing for the inner side of the roof..

The bonnet got sound proffing as well -
I think today ALL cars have these mats, execpt for the Defender :-/
My Defender inherited these mats from one of those cars ...

from the scrap yard..

An additional modification was the separating window between front and back of the car. With stable sides and a Plexiglas window, which can be opened..
Some additional speakers were installed in the separating side plates..

To cope the large black spots to both sides of the car some additional speakers were mounted and a electric sensor installed.

Small fog lights at the front (the original LandRover light are far too expensive and too big - from my point of view) were the last add-on for this year.
